Nicolas (the owner) was responsive and professional from the minute I reached out through completion of the job. I needed a completely new AC unit and he speedily sent over a quote, explained the process, and got the paperwork started right away. Installed the unit within days of me reaching out. The company handled all the permits and insurance paperwork with my building. It couldn’t have been a smoother process. I reached out to several companies but chose Frascona for their professionalism and knowledge (rare in Miami). Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with FRASCONA! From the first call, Nicolas was super helpful and easy to talk to. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. My HVAC system is working better than ever
They were honest, respectful, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. I’ll definitely be calling them again and recommending them to everyone I know!
